In the 1950s, a strange event occurred at All Saints Church. The bells were heard ringing one evening, despite the fact that they were no longer in use, as one was cracked and the rope had been removed.

Later investigations found the church locked, with the only key still in the possession of the Church Warden. The mysterious ringing remains a chilling local puzzle.
