Church Road is a place where two chilling legends have long been told. One of the most common sightings is the ghost of a small girl, believed to have been tragically killed by a horse and cart. She is said to still haunt the area where her life ended.

Another, far more dramatic tale speaks of a ghostly coach. Late at night, locals say you can still hear the thunder of hooves as four spectral horses pull a phantom carriage, driven by a headless coachman, at a terrifying speed down the road.
